What are coir mats made from?
Natural coconut husk fibre: durable, renewable and brilliant at scraping dirt, mud and debris from shoes.
Can I use a coir mat outdoors?
Yes, in sheltered spots like porches and covered front doors. For fully exposed doors, choose one of our outdoor designs.
Do coir mats shed?
All natural coir sheds a little at first. Our reduced-shedding finish keeps it to a minimum.
What size should I choose?
Most UK front doors are around 84cm wide. 60 × 40cm sits neatly inside the frame; 90 × 60cm covers more of the doorway.
