Shipping & returns
Shipping. US orders ship from Pennsylvania and typically arrive in 3–8 business days. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are calculated at checkout.
Returns. Eligible unused standard mats can be returned within 100 days in original condition and packaging. The buyer pays return shipping, and a $20 restocking fee applies to eligible refunds. Contact us before shipping a return.
