Delivery. Free to UK mainland, usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Highlands £4.99 and Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands £9.99 (2–5 working days). International rates are shown at checkout.
Returns. Eligible unused standard mats can be returned within 100 days of delivery, in their original condition. A £1.99 processing and handling fee is deducted from refunds. Personalised mats can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Read our returns policy.

All natural coir sheds a little at first. Our reduced-shedding finish keeps it to a minimum, and with regular care a coir mat lasts for years.
