Create an accountDropshipping is a way for businesses to sell products without stocking them, here at Artsy we will await your orders and fulfil them for you when needed.
Dropshipping timeline:
Customer orders from your store > You send us their order and details > We create a proforma and await payment > When payment is received we aim to ship within 1-2 working days.
We do not contact the customer, tracking info will be sent to the retailer.
We do offer dropshipping and it is the service that the majority of our customers use, the key element that makes it so desirable is that you don’t have to stock anything.
If you’re interested, please contact us to request a product datasheet which includes all dropshipping costs. There is a £2.00 handling charge per product that we store, this additional cost is included in the datasheet. We will ship the order directly to your customer but you will need to make all contact with them.
Although we provide an RRP to all of our retailers, you are not obliged to stick to this. However, we do recommend that you price your mats at 2.5x the cost price. Our prices are fair, reasonable and research based.
About wholesale/credit accounts/dropshipping
We do provide credit accounts, as we know it’s important for our retailers to maximise cashflow. If you’re interested in having a 30 day credit account with us, you will need to fill in the wholesale application below. Once you have applied, our team will review your application and we can further discuss working together.
