Where are your doormats made?
Many of our bestselling coir doormats are finished in Britain. For private label, we also work with trusted overseas production partners.
What’s the difference between coir and outdoor?
Natural coir is coconut fibre with a natural rubber backing and a reduced-shedding finish. It’s best for porches and sheltered entrances. Outdoor mats are weatherproof recycled PVC and can go in the washing machine. We also offer indoor washable mats and vinyl kitchen mats.
Which sizes do you offer?
Coir: 60 × 40, 90 × 60 and 120 × 40 cm. Outdoor: 70 × 40 and 90 × 60 cm. Washable: 60 × 40 and 80 × 50 cm, plus 150 × 60 cm runners. Kitchen: 67 × 145 cm.
What are your lead times?
Most wholesale orders are produced and dispatched within 5 working days. Dropship orders usually leave within 1–2 working days of payment.
Do you dropship?
Yes. Send us your customer’s order details and we’ll pick, pack and dispatch it directly to them, usually within 1–2 working days of payment. We send tracking to you, so you stay your customer’s point of contact. A £2.00 handling charge applies per stored product and is included in our dropshipping datasheet.
Can you make custom or exclusive designs?
Yes. Our private label service can start from a finished design, a rough sketch or just an idea, with UK and overseas production options. Choose “Private label & custom” in the request form to tell us about your project.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Send a request with the form on this page and we’ll share wholesale pricing and our trade catalogue. We provide an RRP with every range and recommend pricing at 2.5× cost.
Is there sell-or-return?
Yes. Your first wholesale order comes with 3-month sell-or-return, and you can swap slow-selling designs to keep your range fresh (subject to reasonable quantities).
