We offer a range of different doormat finishes, from coir to vinyl. Artsy started by offering coir mats with a sprayed design, we have now expanded our brand and have mats made from vinyl and stone as well.
Yes, our goal has always been to create a range of mats to suit every home. We now stock a huge range of sizes, the sizes vary depending on which mat you desire.

Our design team are always creating and expanding on what we offer, we now have mats available in 7 languages and we aim to add to this.
All deliveries to any UK Mainland address (excluding highlands) is free.

We do ship internationally as well, to calculate your shipping cost for countries overseas check the prices when you check out.
Expect all UK Mainland orders to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days, for Europe and the rest of the world we aim to get your mat to you within 14 days.
When you’re making your way through the checkout process, you will see a box where you can input your discount code. Once you have done this, your discount will be deducted from the total. Please note: most discount codes can only be used once per customer.
It’s really simple to place an order with us, use the menu bar at the top of our website to find the doormat you would like. Once you have found the mat you would like, add it to basket, click the basket button in the top right corner and fill in the form to complete your order. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.
We accept most payment options at checkout; this includes PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, Maestro, GooglePay and ApplePay.
Artsy Mats are committed to you being happy with your product, this is why we give you 100 days to return your product and receive a refund. If you aren’t 100% happy with your mat, please get in touch. You can read our full returns policy here.
If you have changed your mind about the mat you ordered, please contact us as quickly as possible. Our team work hard to get your orders dispatched quickly so the quicker you contact us the better. If we have already dispatched your order, we would ask you to return it to us and we will happily refund you. This will then allow you to order the correct mat.
We advise banging out your doormat regularly and occasionally hoovering it if you notice excess fibres. It is normal for your mat to shed as it’s a natural product, please shelter your mat from weather as coir is very absorbent.
Vinyl is very easy to care for and shouldn’t need any extra care outside of your usual floor cleaning routine, we advise mopping/wiping the vinyl whenever it needs it.
Not only will this bath mat save on energy and living costs, it is incredibly easy to care for and doesn’t have to be an everyday household consideration. To ensure your bath mat is clean, simply wipe it down with a warm damp cloth and allow it to air dry. If you stain your mat, you can lightly sand it using sandpaper but please consider that this may affect the design on your mat.
