What began with a simple idea, to create doormats people actually wanted to display, has grown into one of the UK's leading destinations for beautifully designed doormats.

Back in 2016, most doormats were functional but uninspiring. We saw an opportunity to create something different: mats that combined thoughtful design with everyday practicality.

Our first collection focused on natural coir doormats, and one of our earliest designs, Come In If You Have Prosecco, quickly became a customer favourite and helped put Artsy Mats on the map. Since then, our collections have continued to evolve, introducing outdoor mats, indoor washable mats, kitchen mats and collaborations with talented artists from around the world.

Today, we remain passionate about creating products that bring personality to every doorstep while standing up to everyday life.
