Returns
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you will be required to source suitable packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you confirmation of a booked collection along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you’re located outside the United Kingdom, please note that return shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item—be sure to include images so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item. A refund will be processed once the return is received.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that a £1.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
