Return policy
We offer a 100-day returns policy, giving you plenty of time to shop with confidence. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, with a £1.99 processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
